Will Call orders must be confirmed with a customer service representative. We do NOT allow Will Call orders to be placed over the website because we are unable to confirm adequate local stock in real-time, at the time of order.

Professional Plastics operates more than 22 locations. Your order will be processed through the nearest location that has adequate inventory on-hand at the time of order.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization in the form of an "RMA" number obtained by calling our sales office. Any claims for shortage or breakage for any reason, must be made within 3 days from date of receipt. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus reconditioning and repacking costs if necessary. No specially-made, custom fabricated, non-"cataloged", special-ordered, or cut-to-size item may be returned. If the product has been altered by the customer in any way, it may not be returned. Returns with authorization & RMA # will not include a credit for any freight charges or customer labor charges of any kind.

Please contact Professional Plastics immediately, and provide photos of the packaging and damaged goods. Some additional paperwork may also be required in order to file a claim with the shipping company. We will make every attempt to resolve the issue in the most expeditious and thorough manner.

Professional Plastics reserves the right to add a Bank Wire Fee of up to $35.00 to the cost of any order if the customer chooses to pay by wire payment. Fees will be disclosed at the time of order.

All International Orders are shipped Freight & Duties Collect on the customers' freight account number. This is to ensure proper tarrif processing and allow for customers to quickly resolve any issues within their home country.

Professional Plastics provides our own Certificate of Conformance with every order but does not assume liability for any potential factory defects, nor do we claim that any material is suitable for your specific application. The purpose of these certificates is simply to ensure that we are providing products that meet the description stated on our packing list. For more details and a copy of our "boiler plate" certificate language, please contact customer service.

Factory Certificates of Conformance may be requested at the time of order, but availability is dependent upon several factors. In order for Professional Plastics to provide these certications, material must be special-ordered from our factory supplier. Factory certifications are not available for items which are already on our shelf. Factory Certifications may also incur additional fees. "Typical" Test Reports are datasheets provided by factory suppliers based on typical test data from dozens of production lots. They are not a guarantee of performance, nor are they related to the actual production lot of the material you are purchasing. The performance data should be considered as "average" or "typical" results, not guaranteed or minimum test results. Typical Test Reports are commonly available at no additional costs, but must be requested at the time of order, since we stock material from more than one supplier and there may be variations from one supplier to another.

"Actual" Test Results are test reports from the exact lot & batch being ordered. These tests can be quite expensive and require the purchase of one additional test piece, or may involve cutting a portion from the article being purchased. Before offerring a price quotation for these Test Reports, Professional Plastics will need to know the specific tests that need to be performed and/or the specification and test standard that is required. Please contact a customer service representative for additional details and a price quotation. These tests are involve additional production and testing time.

Most plastics have a shelf life of more than 10 years, but this may vary. To request a shelf life for a specific product please contact customer service.

Lot & Batch Traceability typically involves special order material produced at the factory, after the time of order. Off-the-shelf materials do not typically have lot & batch traceability. Please contact customer service for details.

While samples may be available for some products, we ask that customers purchase a Minimum Order Quantity through our website. This is why Professional Plastics offers our customers a Minimum Order Value of just $ 25.00 compared to an industry average of $ 100.00.

Yes. This type of packaging is often required for international orders, and may involve additional costs.

Cut-To-Size Products are provided to the cutting tolerance stated on the website calculators, or based on the cutting tolerance requested at the time of order. There are certain products such as acrylic and polycarbonate that are provided in industry standard metric thicknesses, that are less than imperial standards. Additionally, some products may have thickness variations are based on production processes such as compression-molding that carry a thickness tolerance of +/-10%. If you wish to confirm the final thickness for your specific product, please contact customer service.

Certain products, such as adhesives and resins may be hazaradous. Some products can expose you to chemicals including carbon black, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, and bisphenol A (BPA), which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
